As Proprietor of the business Margaret plays a very active role, having many successful years experience within the estate agency business starting out her career as a weekend negotiator and progressing to branch manager. She decided to follow a life-long dream of one day running her own business. Margaret enjoys every aspect of the business - meeting potential clients, getting great satisfaction from listing a property, working with her team to find the right buyer and seeing another successful sale through to conclusion.

Jennifer Pettitt - Sales Negotiator

Having had a career in a sales environment, Jennifer was delighted to take the position of sales negotiator, meeting and matching potential purchasers to properties and progressing sales through to completion. She also plays a role in the marketing and publicity of the company.

Carole Barrott - Secretary/Sales Negotiator

Worked as a weekend negotiator for a local estate agents some years ago and was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to the business when the company was formed 3 years ago. Carole has a wealth of local knowledge, having lived in and around the town for many years. Although having an admin background she very much enjoys the skills of negotiating and seeing every area of the business through to conclusion.

Hayley Smyth - Sales Negotiator

Hayley has recently joined the team at Anne Cable as Sales Negotiator. Hayley has extensive sales experience within various industries including recruitment and sales management, responsible for training and development of staff and business growth. Understanding the importance of customer focus and providing an excellent service, Hayley is looking forward to this great opportunity within the property market.
